My name is Younes Motii, and I am a 4th year medical student at Wayne State University. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a B.S. degree in Biology. I have been involved in many leadership roles at Wayne State, some of which include being a mentor for undergraduate students on their path to graduate school. For the past few years, I have been working as a consultant for pre-health students to help them navigate the application process of their desired field, and helping them achieve their career goals. With this experience and expertise, I am committed to supporting you in your journey towards becoming a successful healthcare professional.
Arya Gaddam, MS4

My name is Arya and I'm a 4th year medical student at WSUSOM. I graduated from the University of Michigan with a background in Neuropsychology and Philosophy. Since undergrad, I have started and been a part of numerous mentorship initiatives and have helped countless students find success in the medical school application process. I continued this passion of mentorship in medical school and have a part of my student senate for the past 3 years sitting in a variety of leadership roles including President, Vice President and more. I want to help each every pre-med in their unique healthcare journey and I look forward to working with you.
Youssef Motii, MS. PhD

My name is Dr. Youssef Motii and I am currently pursuing my studies at the Yale School of Medicine. I hold a Doctorate in Immunology, a Master's in Biomedical Science, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences. My academic credentials are matched by my extensive experience in admissions counseling. As a Yale School of Medicine student ambassador and admissions committee member, I have an insider's perspective on the admissions process and know what it takes to be a successful candidate. Additionally, I have worked as a former pre-health admissions counselor and am now a medical consultant with a vast network of physicians and providers. I am a highly skilled and experienced professional who is committed to helping pre-health students achieve their goals and succeed in their academic careers.
Adam Elder, MS4

My name is Adam Elder, I am currently a medical student at Wayne State University School of Medicine. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Health Policy Studies and a minor in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Since my enrollment at WSUSOM, I have founded my very own student organization, been involved in multiple community events, and served on the board of different student run groups. Student advocacy and support are very important to me; hence I also serve as the elected site representative at Corewell Hospital (Dearborn, MI) for the class of 2025. I have helped many pre-med and pre-dental students prepare for the MCAT and DAT. I have also offered my assistance with personal statements, interview prep, and the application process overall.
